Grant is an experienced leader in the Investment, Funds Management and Banking sectors, with a long and successful record for managing private family wealth in Australia and internationally. Former Head of Macquarie Private Bank, Australia, and subsequently joint-Head of Advice for JBWere. Throughout Grant’s leadership, Macquarie Private Bank was consistently voted “Top Private Bank in Australia” in the annual Euromoney industry awards. Grant led the growth of Macquarie CMA to ~$20bn, Australia’s largest Managed Fund, and was recognised as a key industry authority on cash management & supporting the expansion of the SMSF industry. He brings strong financial and investment acumen, executive leadership skills, client experience, business strategy and broad management skills. Grant is a respected Board leader in the NFP sector and leads multiple committees.
Adam Pozniak

Adam brings considerable entrepreneurial acumen, business strategy skills, commercial experience and hands-on advisory & investment experience to private, mid-sized companies. He has invested in, advised and successfully exited a number of businesses including completing multiple merger and acquisition transactions. As CEO and co-owner operator of BlueFire Corporation, Adam successfully led the business for over 13+ years to an eventual trade sale to Dimension Data. He was Senior Vice President, Channel Partners, at Dimension Data until he subsequently re-acquired the business in 2017 where, today, this forms an active growth asset in Parc’s investment portfolio.
Adam is on the Board of Directors and advisor to the following Parc investee companies: Halgan, Kinela, CustomTec, Comscentre, Merchantwise Group and Life Changing Ventures.

Dov is a highly experienced investor, entrepreneur and private business owner-operator, bringing a broad set of financial and business skills to our clients. He founded and listed information security company, EC-Hold, in South Africa, served as CEO and grew the company to a market capitalisation of AUD$80m with 120 staff. He was a Principal of Horizon Equity, a private equity firm, leading deals, raisings, MBOs and rights offers. His Fund delivered 38% annualised ROI.

Jason is an experienced fourth time founder and serial entrepreneur with a focus on investing, actively advising & building world class tech-enabled businesses in Australia & Internationally. Considered one of Australia’s leading strategists in the technology services arena. Following the successful sale of BlueFire Corporation (2008) to Dimension Data, Jason became their Global CTO for Services, and was actively involved in NTT investments. Jason has a strong passion for driving profitable growth with commercial outcomes, enabled by technology, enhanced by data, and deep knowledge of end-to-end operations. He is an undeniable asset to the companies he works with by providing real world owner operator experience.

Don is an active private equity investor with a passion for partnering with founders and management teams. He brings over fifteen years’ experience investing in and advising private companies in Australia and New Zealand, and a further two years in public equity markets. Through his experience at Anacacia Capital and Liverpool Partners, Don has held non-executive director roles of CustomTec, Catalyst Education, Planet Services Group, NW Group and Force Fire. Don is currently a director of George and Matilda Eyecare.

James has a strong interest in actively working with and supporting SMEs to drive incremental value and success, formulated from over 10 years of professional experience across Liverpool Partners and KPMG, prior to joining Parc Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. James also has a strong interest in driving social and environmental change, and is a strong advocate and contributor to the Property Industry Foundation, helping to make a tangible difference to youth homelessness across Australia. He also works with Agile Energy to help businesses across Australia accelerate sustainable outcomes by funding their investment in renewable energy solutions.
Diana Goh Parc Capital

Diana Goh

Finance Manager
Diana has in excess of 10 years accounting experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Parc Capital as a Finance Manager, Diana was a Finance Director at Gemi Investments, setting up trust structures for fund reporting and spent 5 years at Unity Fund Services responsible for providing administration and accounting services to numerous managed investment schemes. Prior to this, Diana worked for a NASDAQ listed multinational company, Intercall Australia, specializing in financial reporting and providing accounting support within the finance team. Diana is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Melayu. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from University of Adelaide, a Certificate of Taxation and is a qualified CPA. She is also a member of the Golden Key Internation Honour Society.
Joey Hall

Joey has a strong passion for the private equity sector, inspired by his experiences in his family business. He completed a Bachelor of Economics at Macquarie University, which included two years of study at the University of Calgary in Canada. He subsequently worked in Calgary with Cardon Group, gaining experience in private equity & venture capital markets, with a focus on technology and energy-based companies. During this time, Joey also worked as a social media manager for a micro-finance organisation, Kleos MFG, and passed his CFA Level one. He is currently enrolled for the CFA Level two exam in December.
Keren Miller

Legal adviser and governance Committee member
Keren is a senior lawyer with over 15 years experience in both private practice and in-house and now runs her own legal practice specialising in corporate, commercial and financial services law. Her experience includes senior roles at Pendal Group (formerly BT Investment Management), Perpetual Limited, ANZ and Westpac. Keren brings expertise in regulatory & risk management frameworks and corporate governance and in addition to advising Parc on legal, risk and compliance matters, sits on the Governance Committee for our funds.
Gil Orski

Gil Orski

Governance Committee member
Gil is a senior professional with extensive experience in financial services. He was a Director and Chief Operating Officer at Aberdeen Standard Investments until 2020. His previous experience includes roles with ASIC, the Financial Planning Association and PwC. Gil also has listed investment company experience as company secretary and has sat on not for profit boards. He qualified with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Banking and Finance) from the University of New South Wales and has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is also admitted as a solicitor of the supreme court of New South Wales and participated in the INSEAD Aberdeen Leadership Development Program.
Ettienne Reinecke Parc Capital

Ettienne Reinecke

Ettienne recently retired from corporate life in order to pursue personal interests. He spent 30 years at Dimension Data, where he was part of the executive team that globalised the company in the nineties, listed the company on the LSE in 2001 and then took it private and integrated the company into NTT of Japan, after being acquired in 2011. Ettienne served as Chief Technology Officer of Dimension Data, and became the first CTO for NTT Ltd, upon its formation in 2019, when NTT combined its international operations. Ettienne led many business development and start up initiatives within the organisation over the years, and played a key role in many of the acquisitions, both from a geographical and business focus expansion perspective. Ettienne concluded his commitments at NTT Ltd at the conclusion of the Tour de France 2020. Ettienne has led the team that has been responsible for the digital transformation of the Tour de France over the last 5 years.
